Cancellation Before Shipment

To cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact our customer support team at info@oneathletics.in or call us at +917021684282. Your order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed within 3 to 4 business days.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking Payments: Refunds are processed within 48 to 72 business hours after we receive the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery Payments: A bank transfer will be initiated within 48 to 72 business hours after receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

How to Return an Item:

You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Contact our Customer Support team via email within 3 business days of receiving the order, providing your order ID and the reason for the return/refund. Include a picture and uncut video of the product and the invoice. Courier the unused product to us in its original packaging. We will initiate the refund or replacement process once we receive the products with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

Conditions for Returns:

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse.
  • Returned without original packaging.
  • Serial number is tampered with.
  • Defective products not covered under warranty.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • Request initiated after 3 days of order delivery.
  • Free product provided by the brand.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 3 business days of receiving the order. Provide your order ID and details of the issue, along with a picture and uncut video of the product and the invoice. We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days and initiate the refund or replacement process once we receive them in their original packaging.

Partial Returns:

You can return part of your order, but ensure that all components and complimentary gifts are returned along with it.
